Albert and M (Isaac, Moses): director of Wycliffe Taiwan and a regional manager of a sensitive area, respectively  
M is going to visit again the sensitive area from the end of January to early February. Recently some workers from a neighboring country have been rejected at an entry airport. M will be meeting with those who still remain in the area, and encouraging them. M will be doing some ministry tasks as well. Please pray for travel mercy and safety, especially smooth entry and exit processes at the airport. Taiwan is in a long holiday for the Chinese New Year celebration, so Albert will take care of their two sons during their school break. Please pray for God’s grace and protection for this faithful missionary family.

M 선교사가 1월 말부터 2월 초순까지 보안 지역을 방문합니다. 보안 지역의 상황이 아주 어려워서 최근에 주변 지역의 일꾼들이 공항에서 추방되는 일도 있었습니다. 어렵게 남아 있는 현지의 동료 일꾼들을 만나 격려하고 여러 가지 현안들을 해결해야하는 것이 M 선교사의 사역입니다. 오가는 모든 여정이 안전하고 순조롭도록, 특별히 현지 공항의 입출국이 순적하게 되도록 손모아주세요. 대만은 2월 5일이 설이고 긴 연휴기간이라 알버트 선교사가 방학중인 아이들을 돌볼 수 있습니다. 이 가정에 하나님의 은혜와 보호하심이 있도록 기도해주세요.

2019 First Nations Translator Workshop: First Nations Bible Translation Capacity-Building Initiative
2019 is the United Nations’ International Year of Indigenous Languages, This is an important international event and a year-long celebration, dedicated to preserve, revitalize, and promote indigenous languages for social, economic and political development, peace building and reconciliation. This year’s workshop will be held April 7-12 in Guelph, Ontario at the same venue. The workshop will be helpful to First Nations speakers interested in doing practical translation and language development work. Please pray for more diverse people to be involved in this meaningful workshop. 2019 원주민 번역가 웍샵: 원주민 성경번역 운동

금년은 유엔에서 정한 “국제 원주민 언어의 해”로서 원주민 부족어의 헌신적인 보존, 활용을 경제적, 정치적으로 발전시키고 평화와 화해를 도모하기 위한 행사들이 년중 이어질 뜻깊은 해입니다. 금년도 원주민 번역가 웍샵이 4월 7-12일중 온타리오 구엘프 같은 장소에서 모입니다. 번역과 언어 개발 사역에 관심이 있는 원주민 번역가들에게 큰 도움이 되는 웍샵입니다. 이 중요한 모임에 더 많은 다양한 일꾼들이 함께 동역하기를 기도해주시고 이번 행사를 위해 애쓰는 빌과 노르마진 선교사를 비룻한 준비팀을 위해 손모아주세요.

Linguistics and literacy studies: Peru
CLAVE, a ver­nac­u­lar lin­guis­tics and lit­er­acy course is sched­uled to take place in Huanuco, Peru, from Feb­ru­ary 11 to De­cem­ber 2. Pray for Celia Nel­son, Wes Collins and Jacquie Britto as they launch the course and as­sist par­tic­i­pants with their needs. Pray that God will guide those cho­sen to help fa­cil­i­tate teach­ing and learn­ing. Pray for the par­tic­i­pants from the fol­low­ing lan­guage com­mu­ni­ties: Kakataibo, Achuar, Wanca Quechua, and Hual­laga Quechua. Pray that God will pro­vide funds to cover their travel ex­penses, and that they will be ea­ger learners.

페루 후아누코에서 2월 11일부터 12월 2일까지 토속 언어학과 문해 사역 과정인 클레이브 코스가 열립니다. 이 과정을 개설하고 참가자들을 도울 셀리아, 웨스, 재키 선교사를 위해 기도해 주시고 함께 가르치고 배울 자들을 위해 손 모아 주시고 특별히 카카타이보, 아추알, 완카 퀘추아, 후알라가 퀘추아 부족들에서 참여하게 될 참가자들을 위해, 이들의 여행 경비도 잘 채워지고 열심히 배울 열정도 갖게되도록 손모아주세요.

The mis­sion of Faith Comes by Hear­ing (FCBH) is to pro­vide peo­ple every­where with free ac­cess to God’s Word through Au­dio Bibles in every trans­lated lan­guage. In or­der to pub­lish au­dio forms, FCBH of­ten needs to se­cure per­mis­sions from other or­ga­ni­za­tions that have dig­i­tal forms of God’s Word. Pray for unity in the body of Christ as or­ga­ni­za­tions share tools, copy­rights, and ver­sions of Scrip­ture. Pray for smoothly-flow­ing de­vel­op­ment and ac­cel­er­a­tion of li­cense agree­ments to speed the process of mak­ing au­dio Scrip­ture available.
