A and M (Isaac, Moses): director of Wycliffe Taiwan and a regional manager of a sensitive area, respectively  

A and M are thankful to God for fruitful ministries in the first quarter of this year. One volunteer has been recruited who will take care of third culture kids (so called, missionary kids) and has done successful storytelling training for one of the mother tongue translation teams on the field that M serves. M was also able to make a safe and meaningful member care trip to a sensitive area and help Wycliffe Taiwan by developing and testing an app for the Tao language. A attended the Asia Pacific area directors' meeting in early March and visited some churches to share their vision for aboriginal people groups in Taiwan. It was a privilege and pleasure for A to attend a dedication of the complete Tao Audio Bible. Please pray for God's continuous blessings on their family and ministries.

A and M (이삭과 모세) 선교사: 위클리프 대만, 보안 지역 책임자

A & M 선교사 부부가 지난 1/4분기 동안 열매 맺는 귀한 사역들을 감당했음을 인해 하나님께 감사드립니다! M 선교사는 선교사 자녀 돌봄 사역에 임할 자원봉사자를 발굴했고 M 선교사가 섬기는 보안지역 여러 팀 중 한 팀의 현지인 성경번역 사역자들에게 '원 스토리' 훈련을 제공했습니다. 아울러 M 선교사는 보안지역에서 사역 중인 선교사 들을 잘 방문하고 격려하는 시간을 가졌고 따오 언어 오디오 성경 앱 시험 버전 개발을 도왔습니다. A 선교사는 아시아 태평양 지역 디렉터 회의에 참여하고 몇몇 교회들을 방문해 대만 내 소수 민족들을 위한 성경번역 선교 비전을 나눴습니다. 또한 따오 오디오 성경 봉헌식에도 감사하게 참여했습니다. 계속해서 하나님께서 이 가정과 사역에 복 주시고, 힘과 지혜를 더하시도록 기도해주세요.

Internal Partnership Development workshop: Korean Diaspora team

We are thankful to God for our partnership with individuals and churches who have been supporting us and our ministries with prayer and finances!  The Korean Diaspora team has an internal Partnership Development workshop that began on April 10. Please pray that God will allow us to partner with more individuals and churches as we keep passionately sharing His vision for the Bibleless people groups in a culturally appropriate way. 

한인 디아스포라 팀 자체 PD 웍샵

지난 4월 10일부터 매 주 수요일 한인 디아스포라 팀에서 네 번에 걸쳐 자체적으로 동역자 개발(PD) 웍샵을 진행하고 있습니다. 이미 기도와 헌금으로 동역해 주시는 여러분들께 감사드리며 이번 웍샵을 통해 사역자들이 계속해서 성경없는 많은 부족들을 향한 하나님의 비전을 문화적으로 적실하게 열정을 갖고 나누게 하시고 하나님께서 더 많은 동역 교회들과 개인들을 허락해 주시도록 기도해주세요.

Developing monthly corporate prayer times: Solomon Islands

Prayer was one of the main topics considered during the Bible Translation and Literacy Partnership Solomon Islands (BTLPSI) conference in March. The participants discussed developing corporate prayer times to pray for Bible translation in the Solomon Islands. They recognized that prayer is their first work. They agreed to set every last day of each month for corporate prayer. That the Lord for this resolution. Ask the Lord to help the BTLPSI personnel as they develop and nurture prayer in their personal lives and the organization in the coming months.

월례 합심 기도회를 시작: 솔로몬 제도

지난 3월에 열린 솔로몬 제도 성경번역및 문해사역 협회의 대회에서는 기도가 핵심주제 중 하나였습니다. 참가자 들은 기도가 이들의 첫 사역임을 인식하고 솔로몬 제도내 성경 번역을 위한 합심기도를 일으키는 방안에 대해 토의 했습니다. 그 결과 매달 마지막 날을 합심 기도의 날로 정했고 이 결단으로 인해 주께 감사를 드립니다. 향후 수 개월 동안 회원들이 개인의 삶과 또 단체적으로 기도를 개발하고 육성하는 일에 주께서 도우시도록 손모아주세요.

Translating in a large team: Papua New Guinea

Pray for the translation team for the Nama language of Papua New Guinea. Seven mother tongue speakers are working on translating different books and another couple and advising them. They will do a consultant check of the first part of Luke May 1-20. Pray that this will be a good opportunity for team members to sharpen their translation skills. In addition, pray for the teacher training course planned for May 6-17. Thank God for the members of this team and their commitment to translation.

그룹 팀 번역: 파푸아뉴기니

파푸아뉴기니 나마 부족어 번역팀을 위해 기도해주세요. 일곱명의 모어 번역가들이 각기 다른 책들을 번역하고 또 다른 부부을 위해서는 조언중입니다. 5 월 1-20 일까지 누가복음 첫 부분에 대한 번역 자문을 받을 예정입니다. 팀원들이 번역 기술을 연마 할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되도록, 5 월 6-17 일에 계획된 교사 훈련 과정을 위해서도 손모아주세요. 이 귀한 팀원들과 번역 사역에 대한 이들의 헌신을 인하여 하나님께 감사드립니다.
