Unceasing Prayer for Bible Translation (UP)
UP is a 24x7x365 online prayer movement led by many global churches, mission agencies, and prayer ministries. It was launched on Jan 1, 2022 and each organization or team participates in a one-hour prayer session for Bible translation, and Wycliffe Canada has signed up at 3 pm (EST), on Tuesdays. This coming Tuesday, July 5, we will be praying for the Silk Road Ascent project and hope that many will come and join us.

성경 번역 선교를 위한 끊임없는 기도 운동
끊임없는 기도 운동은 지난 금년 1월 1일부터 시작된 것으로, 세계 여러 교회와 선교 단체들과 기도운동 단체 들이 연합하여, 매 주 밤낮 일년 365일 쉬지 않고 성경번역 선교를 위해 기도하는 운동입니다. 위클리프캐나다는 동부시간 기준 매 주 화요일 오후 3시에, 한 시간 동안 기도하기로 했습니다. 돌아오는 7월 5일에는 보안 지역인 실크 로드 프로젝트를 위해 기도합니다. 많은 분들이 참여하도록 기도해 주세요.

Help print a Bible for a Peruvian Today
The Eastern Apurimac Quechua Bible is complete! Wycliffe Canada has started an exciting Bible printing campaign to mark this great milestone. It costs $23 to print an Eastern Apurimac Quechua Bible. Our hope is for the Canadian Church to take part in this historic moment by helping them print these new Bibles. A gift of $23 can have an eternal impact, by placing someone’s very first Bible in their hands! Wycliffe Canada has committed to printing 5,000 Bibles. New Staff and their assignments: Switzerland
Wycliffe Switzerland’s goal is to send members to serve in four long-term and 10 short-term overseas assignments every year. Wycliffe Switzerland remains in contact with the applicants, assisting them on their path to a future assignment, sometimes sending them to serve in difficult locations. Pray that God would guide those he is calling to begin the application process and that Wycliffe Switzerland would direct them to appropriate assignments. Pray that any lingering conflicts or misunderstandings in these assignment locations would be solved, alleviating difficulties for new and existing members. Pray for all involved, for sensitivity to God's Spirit, and for willingness to follow him.

위클리프스위스는 매년 4개의 장기 사역과 10개의 단기 해외 사역에 선교사를 파견하는 것을 목표로 하고 후보 선교사들과 계속 연락을 취하며 이들이 앞으로의 사역들을 잘 감당할 수 있도록 도와주고 때로는 오지에서 섬기도록 파송합니다. 하나님께서 이 사역에 헌신하도록 부르신 이들을 인도해 주시고 위클리프스위스가 그들에게 적절한 사역을 맡겨 줄 수 있도록 기도해 주세요. 파송 지역에 아직도 남아 있는 갈등이나 오해들이 해결되어 신임 및 기존 선교사들의 어려움이 완화되도록, 또한 관련된 모든 사람을 위해, 성령에 민감하게 반응하고 기꺼이 순종하며 주를 따르도록 기도해 주세요.
Volunteering at Wycliffe: Malaysia
After Chia Sheng volunteered at Wycliffe Malaysia, he realized that “serving the Lord should not be periodic or seasonal. Instead, it should be our life mission.” Praise God for Chia's nine months of service as he helped reorganize information in the database, evaluated a new system and made comparisons for a possible upgrade, and translated resource materials from English and Malay to Chinese. Pray that many young people like Chia Sheng catch the vision to participate in Bible translation.

치아 셍이 위클리프 말레이시아에서 자원 봉사를 한 후 “주를 섬기는 것이 주기적이거나 한시적인 것이 되서는 안 됩니다. 대신에 삶 전체가 선교적 삶이 되어야 합니다” 라고 깨달았습니다. 데이터베이스의 정보를 재구성하고, 새로운 시스템을 평가하고, 가능한 업그레이드를 위해 비교하고, 영어와 말레이어 자료들을 중국어로 번역하는 일을 섬겨준 치아의 9개월 간의 봉사를 인하여 하나님을 찬양합니다. 치아 셍과 같은 많은 젊은이들이 성경 번역에 동참할 비전을 갖게 되도록 기도해 주세요.
JAARS Prayerline 잘스 글로벌 기술지원 센터
Pray for the Iyansi Bible Translation project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This month multiethnic church and translation teams—from Charlotte, NC, and Kinshasa, DRC—will work with pastors and teachers in the use of Scripture, language development, and testing of new Scripture in rural areas of the homeland.
콩고 민주 공화국(DRC)의 이얀시 성경 번역 프로젝트를 위해 기도해 주세요. 이번 달에는 미국 노스캐롤라이나 샬럿과 DRC 킨샤사에서 온 다민족 교회와 번역팀이 목사들, 교사들과 함께 콩고 모국의 시골 지역에서 성경 사용, 언어 개발, 초벌 번역본의 마을 점검을 할 예정입니다.
