Albert and Martha (Isaac, Moses): Director of Wycliffe Taiwan and Regional Manager of a sensitive area, respectively
Organized by Taiwan Christian Dental Association, Albert with his fellow missionaries served minority people groups in a mountainous area in Taitung in October. We are very thankful that he was able to encourage these people to use the audio Bible app which had been distributed through the same medical service in April, and to explore the possibility of audio Bible recording projects. Please pray for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, especially for the election of board members and a new president who will succeed Albert. Pray also for the good preparation of a fundraising event Albert is planning with other fellow workers, a bike ride all through Taiwan, for the Bible translation projects for the minority people groups in Taiwan. Please pray for the protection of the families of Martha and Albert so that they can handle the ministry and health with the grace of God.

대만 기독교 치과 협회가 주관하여 지난 4월에 이어 10월에도, 소수 민족들이 사는 타이동의 산간 지역에서 의료 봉사로 섬겼고 알버트 선교사와 동료 선교사가 함께 참여하였습니다. 이번 사역을 통하여 지난 번 사역 때 배부한 오디오 성경앱 사용을 독려하고 아울러 오디오 성경 녹음 프로젝트의 가능성을 타진하는 기회가 되어 하나님께 감사드립니다. 곧 년례 이사회와 년례 회원 총회가 열리는데, 새로운 이사진 선출과 신임 대표 선임이 하나님의 은혜로 잘 이뤄지도록 기도해 주세요. 알버트 선교사가 내년 2월에 자전거로 대만을 종단하는 행사를 통해 대만 내 소수민족들을 위한 성경번역 선교 후원금을 마련하려고 합니다. 동역자들과 함께 잘 준비할 수 있도록, 사역과 건강에 하나님 주시는 은혜로 잘 감당하도록 마르다와 알버트 선교사 가정을 보호 인도하시도록 기도해 주세요.
Prayer Focus Bulletin 위클리프 국제 연대
Sign language Bible translation: Japan
There are around 300,000 Japanese Deaf people, and less than 2% of them know Christ. They need to “see” God’s Word through a visual Bible in Japanese Sign Language. The Japan Deaf Evangelical Association is working on a video Bible in Japanese Sign Language in cooperation with Wycliffe Japan and other partners. The Deaf translation team has completed a number of books from both the New Testament and Old Testament, and hope to complete the New Testament by 2032. Pray for financial provision and wisdom for the team to continue toward their long-term goal of translating all 66 books of the Bible. Pray for creativity, good working relationships and open communication among the partners. Ask that God will prepare the hearts of Japanese Deaf people to see and understand his Word in their heart language.

일본 농아인은 약 30만 명이며 그 중 그리스도를 아는 이들은 2% 미만입니다. 그들은 일본어 수화로 된 점자 성경을 통해 하나님의 말씀을 “보아야” 합니다. 일본 농아 복음주의 협회는 위클리프 일본 및 여러 동역자들과 함께 일본어 수화로 된 비디오 성경 제작을 진행하고 있습니다. 청각 장애인 번역팀은 신약과 구약의 여러 책 번역을 마쳤고 2032년까지 신약 전권의 번역을 마칠 수 있기를 바랍니다. 이 번역팀이 성경 66권 전체 번역이라는 장기적인 목표를 향해 계속 나아갈 수 있도록 재정 지원과 지혜 주시도록, 동역자들간의 창의력, 좋은 협력 관계및 열린 의사 소통을 위해, 그리고 하나님께서 일본 청각 장애인들의 마음을 준비시키셔서 그들의 마음의 언어로 하나님의 말씀을 보고 이해할 수 있도록 기도해 주세요.
Two translations beginning: Panama
Panameños Alcanzando Al Mundo (Panamanians Reaching the World), PAAM, an Alliance Organisation in Panama, is planning to carry out Bible translation projects with the Wounaan and Kuna de la Frontera communities. The Wounaan team is in the process of determining key urgent needs in the community to decide which Scripture materials are needed to address these needs. The team expects that Pastors will use the translated Scriptures from the moment they are made available to them. The Kuna de la Frontera team is in the process of consolidating the necessary information to start the translation project, so that translating the Scriptures will foster unity among the different denominations and impact the community of believers. May God guide the teams during the process of laying the groundwork for starting these translations.

파나마 국제연대 단체인 PAAM 은 우나안및 쿠나데라프론테라 언어 공동체와 함께 성경번역 프로젝트를 진행하고자 계획하고 있습니다. 우나안팀은 지역 내 가장 신급힌 필요가 무엇인지를 생각하고 이러한 필요를 해결하기 위해 어떤 성경 자료가 필요한 지를 결정하는 과정에 있습니다. 이 팀은 번역된 성경이 출시되면 목회자들이 바로 이 성경을 사용하기를 기대합니다. 쿠나데라프론테라팀은 번역 프로젝트를 시작하는 데 필요한 정보를 통합하는 과정에 있으며 이 성경 번역은 다른 교단들간의 연합을 조성하고 성도들의 공동체에 영향을 미치게 될 것입니다. 번역 사역들을 시작하기 위한 토대를 마련하는 이 과정 가운데서 하나님의 인도하심이 팀들과 함께 하기를 기도합니다.
