Korean Diaspora Engagement  한인 디아스포라 협력

교회 협력 부서 수련회 및 사역 회의

지난 한 주간 동안 캘거리 FCJ 센터에서 디아스포라 협력 팀을 비롯한 다섯 부서가 함께 모여 각 부서마다 도전되는 부분과 집중해야 할 사역들에 대해 함께 나누고 기도하며, 동시에 부서간의 협력강화를 논의했습니다. 이를 통해 큰 격려와 힘을 얻었음에 감사드립니다. 또한 풍성하고 기쁨 넘치는 드림과 나눔의 삶을 주제로 이미 받은 복과 나눔을 통해 더 풍성하게 받을 복에 대해 함께 나누는 시간을 가졌습니다. SIL이 개발한 이 프로그램(JJOG, 풍성한 나눔의 삶)을 통해 협력하는 교회와 모든 동역자들을 잘 섬기고, 우리 모두가 넘치도록 기쁘고 복된 나눔의 삶을 더 확실히 깨닫고 체험하도록 잘 돕는 사역이 되게 기도해 주세요.

Church Partnerships Department Retreat and Budgeting

Over the past week, five departments, including the Diaspora Engagement Team, came together at the FCJ Centre in Calgary to share and pray about the challenges and ministries that each department is facing and where we need to focus while at the same time discussing ways to strengthen collaboration between departments. We are grateful to God for the great encouragement and strength we received. We also had time to share about the blessings we have already received and the blessings we will receive more abundantly through sharing, with the theme of an abundant and joyful life of generosity through the program Journey and Joy of Generosity, developed by SIL. Please pray that we will be able to serve our partner churches and individuals with this program to help us all realize and experience the overflowing, joyful, and blessed life of generosity more clearly.

Loving Muslims Together 단체에서 만든 30일간 무슬림을 위한 기도 제목(시리즈)을 공유합니다. 라마다 기간 중에 주변의 무슬림 이웃들과의 사랑과 복음 나눔을 위해, 현재 중앙아시아, 아프리카, 동남아시아 등 세계 여러 지역에서 무슬림 권 언어 민족들을 위한 성경 번역 프로젝트를 위해 특별히 기도하는 기간이 되시길 바랍니다.

30 Days of Prayer for Muslims in Canada

We thankfully share the prayer request items developed by Loving Muslims Together for Muslims in Canada during Ramadan. We hope you will join the prayer movement for Muslims, praying for Bible translation projects carried out for language groups with Islamic beliefs worldwide, especially in some parts of Africa, Middle Asia, South East Asia, and the Muslim diaspora scattered around the world.

태국 남부 성경이야기 구연 사역

팀원들은 리더인 S를 포함해 4명으로 구성되어 있습니다. 이들은 함께 모여 푸켓에 있는 A 교회의 유튜브 강의를 통해 기도하고 성경공부를 합니다. 팀원들 간의 좋은 관계를 인해 하나님께 찬양드립니다. 매주 6번씩 모여 이야기를 만들면서 팀원들을 격려해 주시도록 기도해 주세요. 몇 달 전, 성경 이야기 묶음의 49개중 40개의 이야기가 완성된 것을 하나님께 찬양했고, 최종 스토리 초안을 작성하고 자문위원 점검를 위해 준비하는 팀을 위해 중보했습니다. 이야기 시리즈의 49개 모두 제작이 완료되어 하나님을 찬양합니다. 최종 이야기들이 자문 위원의 점검과 검토, 수정을 거치는 동안 지혜 주시도록, 전체 세트가 스튜디오와 웹사이트에 녹화되고 업로딩하는 일이 순조롭도록 기도해 주세요.

Southern Thai Oral Bible Storying

The team has four people, including the leader, S. They come together to pray and study the Bible through YouTube teaching from A church in Phuket. Ask God to encourage the team members as they meet six times weekly for story crafting. Praise God that the team members have a good relationship. A few months ago, we praised God that 40 of the 49 stories in that story set were complete, and we prayed for the team as they worked on drafting the final stories and preparing them for consultant-checking. Praise God that crafting is complete for all 49 stories in the series. Please pray for wisdom as the final stories are consultant-checked, reviewed, and corrected. Pray God’s blessing as the whole set is recorded in a studio and on the website.

표준 루마니아어 성경 번역이 삶을 변화시킴: 루마니아

루마니아에서 표준 루마니아어 성경 번역 프로젝트를 맡고 있는 사역자들은 로마 교회 지도자들을 만나 고무적인 반응을 받았습니다. 이 프로젝트에서 영감을 받은 교회 지도자들은 사역을 협력하고 지원하겠다는 의지를 밝혔고 많은 로마 목회자들이 프로젝트의 사역자들이 자신들의 교회로 초대하고 표준 루마니아어로 된 요한복음의 말씀을 함께 나누었습니다. 번역 프로젝트 위원회, 위클리프 루마니아, “믿음은 들음에서 나며” 단체가 함께 협력하여, 표준 루마니아어로 된 요한복음이 루모(위클리프 동역단체) 버전으로 제작되어 동영상이 프로젝트 웹사이트에서 볼 수 있으며 로마 공동체 전체에 공유되어 동영상을 본 이들에게 큰 영향을 미쳤습니다. 번역팀은 지난 2월 사도행전 번역을 마무리하고 오디오 녹음을 마쳤고 현재 작업 중인 마가복음을 9 월까지 마칠 수 있기를 희망하고 있습니다. 로마어 성경이 특히 번역자들의 삶에 변화를 가져온 것을 인하여 하나님께 감사드리며, 하나님의 말씀이 계속해서 루마니아 사람들의 삶을 변화시킬 수 있도록 기도해 주세요.

Bible translation in Standard Romani transforms lives: Romania

Representatives of the Bible translation project for the Standard Romani language in Romania met with Roma church leaders and received encouraging feedback. Inspired by the project, church leaders expressed willingness to collaborate and offer support. Many Roma pastors have invited the project staff to visit their churches and share the Gospel of John in Standard Romani. As a result of the collaboration among the translation project’s committee, Wycliffe Romania, and Faith Comes by Hearing, a version of the LUMO Gospel film of John in Standard Romani has been produced. The videos are available on the project’s website and shared throughout the Roma community and have significantly impacted those who have watched them. The translation team finalized the Book of Acts and completed the audio recording in February. They continue to work on Mark and hope to complete it by September. Thank God Roma Scriptures have brought transformation, especially in the translators' lives. Pray that God’s Word will continue to transform the lives of the Roma people.

부농 소수민족어 언어 팀을 위한 녹음실 증축을 위해 후원금을 허락하신 하나님을 찬양합니다. 또한 번역 자문 위원의 친구인 비디오 촬영 사역자가 장비를 기증하도록 인도하신 하나님께 감사드립니다. 신약성경과 구약의 여러 권, 그리고 새로운 예배 찬양들을 담아 배포하기 위해 MP3 플레이어를 준비하고 있는 사역팀을 위해 기도해 주시고, 자문 위원이 출애굽기를 점검하는 동안 하나님께서 이 번역팀과 함께해 주시고, 이 오디오 성경을 통해 부농 사람들의 마음과 생각이 변화되도록 기도해 주세요.

Bunong audiovisual distribution: Cambodia

Praise God for the funds to build an addition to the recording studio for the Bunong language team. Thank God also for donating equipment from a videographer friend of the translation advisor. Pray for the team as they prepare MP3 players for distribution with the New Testament, several Old Testament books, and some new worship songs. Ask God to be with the team as they do a consultant check of the book of Exodus. Pray that these Scriptures will transform Bunong people’s hearts and minds.

JAARS Prayerline

In parts of Africa, South America, and the Pacific, boats are the best—or sometimes the only way—to reach a remote village. But the trip can be harrowing: crowding onto rundown ships, often with no safety equipment, and plying rough waters far from any hope of help if something goes wrong. JAARS provides coastal communities with specialized vessels, including outfitting, delivery, and repair, as well as logistical and financial support for boat programs, safety equipment, signaling devices, emergency satellite beacons, and water safety training. Please pray that JAARS’s sea operation team may serve as the best support teamwork.
