프로젝트 인턴 빔은 다음과 같이 그의 사역 경험을 나눴습니다.
"지난 3개월은 저에게 매우 중요하고 의미 있는 시간이었습니다. 라나 문해 교육 프로젝트에서의 인턴십 마지막 단계였기 때문입니다. 이 기간 동안 저는 진심으로 제 삶에 대한 하나님의 뜻을 찾으며 그분의 인도하심을 위해 기도했습니다. 기도와 묵상을 통해 하나님께서 이 문해 프로젝트에서 계속 섬기도록 저를 인도하고 계심을 깨달았습니다.
최근 가장 감동적이고 기억에 남는 경험 중 하나는 우리가 가르치는 불교 학생들에게 성경 이야기를 나눈 때였습니다. 제가 그들을 위해 기도할 때마다, 그들은 또렷하게 한 목소리로 '아멘' 했습니다. 얼마 전까지만 해도 이 학생들에게는 낯선 말이었는데, 이제는 기도할 때마다 더욱 확신에 찬 소리로 학생들이 ‘아멘’ 화답했고, 그 모습에 저는 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 이는 제 마음에 강력한 격려가 되었고 큰 기쁨의 원천이 되어, 전심으로 하나님을 섬기도록 저를 계속해서 움직이고 있습니다."

- 팀원들과 함께할 더 많은 영어 원어민들이 오도록 기도해 주셔서 감사합니다. 이는 팀원들의 영어 실력을 강화하고 영어로만 제공되는 더 많은 훈련에 참여할 수 있도록 도울 것입니다. 미국에서 온 여름 인턴이 팀과 함께 일하게 하신 하나님을 찬양합니다. 그녀는 팀에 잘 적응했고 각 팀원의 영어 실력 향상에 도움을 주었습니다. 모두가 영어로 진행된 자료 개발 워크숍에 참여했고 잘 해냈습니다!
- 팀원들과 함께할 영어 원어민들이 더 많이 오도록 기도해 주셔서 감사합니다. 이는 팀원들이 영어 실력을 강화하고 영어로만 제공되는 더 많은 훈련에 참여하는 데 도움이 될 것입니다. 여름 기간에 함께 섬길 미국 출신 인턴이 팀과 함께 일한 것을 인해 하나님께 찬양드립니다. 그녀는 팀에 잘 적응하여 각 팀원들의 영어 실력을 키우는 데 도움을 주었습니다. 덕분에 팀원 모두 영어로 진행된 자료 개발 웍샵에 참여했고 잘 해냈습니다!
- 라나 클래스나 클럽 모임마다 학생들이 북부 태국어 성경의 구절이나 본문을 읽고 토론하는 것을 인해 하나님께 찬양합니다.
- 인턴십을 마친 빔이 이제 “위클리프 선교사”로서 사역을 시작하게 된 것을 하나님께 찬양합니다. 이제 동역해 주실 교회와 개인들을 얻기 위해 비전을 나눌 기회가 많이 주어지도록, 그래서 많은 교회와 개인들이 그의 사역에 기도와 재정으로 동역해 주시도록 기도해 주세요.
- 자자의 인턴십 마지막 몇 달을 위해 기도해 주세요. 그녀는 인턴십 종료 후 어떻게, 어디서 섬길지 주님께 묻고 있습니다. 보조금이 끝나는 시점에 하나님의 분명한 인도하심과 공급하심이 있기를 기도해 주세요. 또한 최근에 아버지 쪽 조부모님이 모두 돌아가신 그녀의 가족을 위해 기도해 주세요.
Beam, a project intern, shares:
“The past three months have been a significant and meaningful time for me, as they marked the final phase of my internship with the Lanna Literacy Teaching Project.
During this period, I earnestly sought God’s will for my life, praying for His guidance. Through prayer and reflection, I came to realize that God is leading me to continue serving in this literacy project.
One of the most touching and
memorable experiences I had recently was when I shared stories from the Bible with the Buddhist students we teach. As I prayed they responded with a clear and unified “Amen” at the end of every prayer I offered for them. Until recently these students were unfamiliar with that word. But now, the sound of “Amen” was echoing more confidently with each prayer, and it deeply moved me. It has become a powerful encouragement in my heart and a source of great joy, motivating me to continue serving God wholeheartedly.

- Thank you for praying for more English speakers to come alongside the team members. This will help them strengthen their English skills and access more training that is only provided in English. Praise God that a summer intern from the USA worked with the team. She fit in well and helped each team member strengthen their English skills. They all participated in a Materials Development workshop taught in English and they did fine!
- Praise God that at each Lanna Class or Club meeting the students read and discuss a verse or passage from the Northern Thai Bible.
- Praise God that Beam has started working as a "Wycliffe staff member" now that his internship is complete. Beam will now take some time to raise support from his church. Please pray he will have many opportunities to share his vision and that churches and individuals will be eager to support his ministry.
Pray for JaJa in these final months of her internship. She is seeking the Lord about how and where to serve when she finishes. Please pray for God’s clear leading and provision for her when her stipend ends. Also, pray for her family, as both of her grandparents on her father's side passed away recently.
