선교사들의 균형잡힌 삶과 사역
이제 곧 상반기가 지나고 여름 휴가철에 접어듭니다. 선교사들과 가족의 이동과 휴가 등 다양한 일들이 7-8월에 일어납니다. 이 기간을 통해 선교사들 본인과 가족들에게 좋은 쉼과 회복의 기회가 되도록 기도해 주세요. 특별히 쉼과 위로가 절실한 선교사들과 '소진' 상태에 있어 치유와 회복의 과정에 있는 선교사들을 위해 기도해 주세요. 저희 모두가 하나님이 이 모든 삶과 사역의 주인 되심과, 건강하고 기쁘게 예배의 삶과 사역을 감당함으로 덕을 세우며 천국 복음의 증인으로 살아가도록 서로를 위해 기도합시다.

A Balanced Life and Ministry for Missionaries
The first half of the year is coming to a close, and we are entering the summer vacation season. July and August are busy months for missionaries and their families, filled with travel, vacations, and other activities. Please pray that this time will be a time of rest and renewal for the missionaries and their families. Please pray especially for missionaries who are in desperate need of rest and comfort, as well as those who are experiencing “burnout” and are in the process of healing and recovery. Let us pray for one another so that we may all recognize God as the Lord of our lives and ministries, and so that we may live as witnesses to the Gospel of the Kingdom by faithfully carrying out our lives of worship and ministry in good health and with joy.

킨샤* 프로젝트 (언어 조사): 아시아 보안 지역 (배포하거나 온라인에 게시하지 말아 주세요)
앙데* 언어 조사 - 참가자들은 관련 언어의 녹음 파일을 청취한 후, 각 녹음 파일에 대한 이해도 확인 질문을 수집하고 있습니다.
• 이 지역 언어권에 대한 지속적인 분석과 연구에 하나님이 지혜주시도록 기도해 주세요. 접근이 어려운 지역에 위치한, 두 마을(여기서 새신자 발생)과 예비 접촉이 이루어졌습니다. 이 두 마을은 라파* 언어군 내에서 서로 다른 언어를 사용하는 것으로 보입니다
• 이 방언들이 같은 언어권에 속한 다른 언어들과 어떤 관련이 있는지 파악하고, 그들이 성경을 가장 잘 접할 수 있도록 하나님의 도우심이 함께하길 기도해 주세요. 술린*과 중부 술리* 방언 간의 차이점에 대한 광범위한 연구를 마친 후, 팀은 현재 술린* 교회 지도자들과 논의 중입니다
• 하나님이 논의와 결정에 역사하셔서 모두가 하나님의 인도하심을 느낄 수 있도록 기도해 주세요

Kinsha* Project (the survey work): in a sensitive area of Asia (do not forward or post this online)
Angde* survey - participants listened to recordings of related languages and were then asked comprehension questions about each recording.
• Pray for wisdom in ongoing analysis and research on the dialect clusters in this region. There has been preliminary contact with two villages that have turned to Christ in a difficult-to-access area. The two villages likely speak different languages within the Lapa* language cluster.
• Please pray for His help in determining how they relate to the other languages in the cluster and in ensuring they have the best access to Scripture. After extensive research into the differences between Sulin* and the Central Suli* dialect, the team is now in discussions with Sulin* church leaders.
• Please pray for God's hand to guide the discussions and decisions, and that all would sense his leading.

성경 활용 전도 활동을 통해 변화된 삶: 나이지리아
우물가의 여인이 예수님을 만나 삶을 변화시키는 체험을 했던 것처럼, 하나님께서는 현지성경번역단체가 4월 방징헤에서 진행한 성경 활용 전도 활동 중에 희망과 회복을 보여주셨습니다. 요한복음 4장의 여인과 매우 비슷한 사연을 가진 한 참가자는, 자신의 모국어로 번역된 누가복음 15장 탕자의 비유를 들으며 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 그녀는 수년간의 소원해진 관계와 힘든 삶의 경험 끝에 아버지와 화해하기를 간절히 원하게 되었습니다. 즉각적인 상담과 중재를 통해 그녀와 아버지 사이의 평화가 회복되었습니다. 또한 그녀를 임신하게 한 남성이 적절한 결혼 의식을 치르도록 설득하기 위한 노력도 계속되고 있습니다. 다음의 제목으로 기도해 주세요:
- 그녀의 그리스도에 대한 믿음이 더욱 깊어지도
- 아버지와의 화해가 굳건히 유지되도록
- 앞서 언급된 남성이 진정한 변화를 경험하고, 그리스도를 구주로 영접하게 되도록
Lives changed through Scripture Engagement outreach: Nigeria
Just as the woman at the well encountered Jesus and experienced a life-changing transformation, God also brought hope and restoration during NBTT’s April Scripture Engagement outreach in Bangjinghe. One participant, whose story was very similar to that of the woman in John 4, was deeply moved by the story of the prodigal son in Luke 15 while listening to the translated portion in her heart language. Because of that, she desired reconciliation with her father after years of a strained relationship and difficult life experiences. Through immediate counsel and intervention, peace was restored between her and her father. Efforts are also ongoing to engage the man responsible for her pregnancy to perform the proper marital rites. Please pray that:
- Her faith in Christ will grow deeper
- Reconciliation with her father will remain strong
- The man mentioned above will undergo a true transformation and come to the saving knowledge of Christ

눈에 띄는 변화가 보임: 중앙아프리카공화국
현지성경번역단체의 사역 덕분에 눈에 띄는 변화들이 나타나고 있는 것을 인하여 하나님을 찬양합니다. 이러한 사역의 주된 수혜자는 이 나라의 교회입니다. ‘예수’ 영화와 같이 현지 언어로 번역된 성경 번역 자료들을 효과적으로 활용함으로써 결실을 맺고 있습니다. 이는 매우 효과적인 전도 방식으로 새로운 교회 개척으로 이어지고 있습니다.
을 깊이 묵상하는 일은 대상 공동체의 삶에 눈에 띄는 변화를 가져오고 있는데, 예를 들어 폭력에서 관용과 자제심으로 변화하고 있습니다. 또한 다양한 상황에서 알코올 중독과 주술주의에서 벗어나는 움직임도 나타나고 있습니다. 이 나라가 전쟁을 겪은 만큼, 트라우마 치유를 통하여 회복을 가져오고 있습니다. 문해율도 이와 관련된 많은 노력 덕분에 크게 호전했습니다. 이러한 변화들을 이루어 주신 우리 주님을 찬양합니다.

Visible transformation underway: Central African Republic
Praise God for the significant changes being observed thanks to the work carried out by ACATBA. The main beneficiary of these initiatives is the church in the country. Making good use of Bible translation products, such as the JESUS film, in the local languages into which it has been translated bears fruit. As a highly effective form of evangelism, it has been leading to church planting.
Scripture engagement thus brings about visible changes in the lives of the target communities, who are moving, for example, from violence to tolerance and self-control. There is also a move away from alcoholism and fetishism in various contexts. Given that the country has experienced war, trauma healing is bringing restoration. The literacy rate has risen significantly thanks to many efforts in this regard. Let us praise the Lord for these transformations

지난 6월 26일, 16명의 참가자가 일주일간의 ‘에어로 캠프(청소년 항공선교 비전 캠프)’ 프로그램을 무사히 마쳤습니다. 젊은 참가자의 삶이 지속적으로 변화할 수 있도록, 그리고 그들이 하나님을 섬기는 삶을 향해 다음 단계로 나아갈 때 하나님의 인도하심이 있도록 기도해 주세요
해양 선교 프로그램을 지원하기 위해 잘스의 해양 사역팀이 파푸아뉴기니 알로타우를 성공적으로 방문한 것을 인하여 하나님을 찬양합니다
하나님께서 새로운 잘스 인쇄소 책임자를 보내주시도록 기도해 주세요. 수년 동안 성실히 섬겨온 현 책임자는 내년 5월에 은퇴할 계획입니다. 그의 헌신적인 섬김에 깊이 감사드립니다.

Weekly prayer with JAARS
Last Friday (Jun 26), 16 participants completed the weeklong Camp Aero experience. Pray for lasting, transformative impact in each camper's life and for guidance as they take the next steps toward godly service.
Praise God for the successful visit our Maritime staff made to Alotau, Papua New Guinea, to support the boat program.
Pray for God to provide a new Print Shop Manager in the coming year. Our current manager, who has faithfully served for many years, plans to retire on May 1, 2027. We are grateful for his dedicated service.
