홍현민/함귀주 선교사: 선교학 컨설턴트, GBT 성경번역 선교회
미드웨스턴 신학대학원 논문지도 사역 중 우크라이나 목회자를 돕는 사역자의 논문 심사를 통해 전쟁 중에 있는 그 지역 사역자들의 말씀 증거 훈련 커리큘럼 등을 세우는 일에 도움이 되었음에 감사드리고, 토론토 틴데일 교차문화센터에서 소수민족 지도자들 디플로마 교육 과정을 위해 장학금 모금과 강의로 섬기며 도울 수 있었음에 감사드립니다. 한국, 아시아/오세아니아, 캐나다와 미국 등지를 다니며 초대교회 연구, 크라이더 교수의 강의안 번역, 일상의 삶 선교 (LAMS), 북클럽 모임 등의 현장 및 온라인 사역을 통해 교회와 지도자들의 선교 이해와 헌신을 도울 때, 하나님이 주시는 지혜로 잘 감당하도록 기도해 주세요. 두 딸의 가정과 저희 부부, 가족 모두가 하나님을 사랑하고 이웃을 사랑하는 삶을 살도록 기도해 주세요.

Joseph & Ju Hong: Missiology consultant, Global Bible Translators (GBT)
While serving as a thesis advisor at Midwestern Theological Seminary, Joseph was grateful for the opportunity to serve God's Mission in war-torn Ukraine by reviewing a student's thesis on developing an evangelism training curriculum for Ukrainian pastors amid ongoing war to proclaim the Word. He is also grateful for the opportunity to serve and support the diploma program for ethnic minority church leaders at the Tyndale Intercultural Centre in Toronto through fundraising and lecturing. As he continues to serve churches and their leaders in Korea, Asia/Oceania, Canada, and the United States in their understanding and commitment to God's Mission, through ongoing research on the early church, translating Professor Kreider’s lecture notes on the early church, LAMS training program for daily life missions, and book club meetings, please pray that he may carry out these tasks well with the wisdom God provides. Please also pray that the whole family, the Hongs and their two daughters’ families, may live lives that love God and love their neighbors.

박요섭/조선향 선교사: 성경번역, 파푸아뉴기니
캐나다에서 파푸아뉴기니 워킹 비자 갱신 신청을 하면서 온라인으로는 잭과 레비와 함께 계속해서 성경번역 사역을 이어나가게 해주심에 감사드립니다. 마을에서 초벌 번역 원고 망분실 사건이 일어나는 바람에, 데살로니가후서를 다시 번역하고 빌립보서는 추후에 다시 해야 하는 해프닝도 있었지만, 로마서 초벌번역까지 잘 마칠 수 있었음에 감사드립니다.
또한 은퇴한 교사 게리손이 문해사역에 헌신해 주심에 감사드립니다! 2016년에 카니누와 언어로는 처음 출간된 책, 카니누와 미니성경과 2025년에 두 번째로 출간된 파노라마 구약 책을 가지고 문해사역을 하게 됩니다. 또한 게리손은 6/28-7/3일에 있을 7~8 천 명 규모의 교단 7 개 지방회 청소년/청년 연합 부흥회 준비위원장으로 섬기기도 합니다.
- 카니누와 성경번역 팀이 계속해서 남은 신약 성경 번역에 정진하도록 (초벌 번역 남은 네 권: 고린도전/후서, 빌립보서, 히브리서)
- 문해사역 담당자 게리손의 문해 사역과 이번 연합부흥회 준비 위해
- 박선교사 부부의 비자 갱신이 기한 내에 잘 이뤄지고, 캐나다에 머무는 동안 풍성한 교제와 왕성한 협력이 일어나도록

Joseph & Joyce Park: Bible translation, PNG
We are grateful that, while the Parks are staying in Canada to apply to renew their visas and work permits in Papua New Guinea, they have been able to continue their Bible translation ministry online alongside Kaninuwa translators Jack and Levi. Although there was a mishap in the village where the draft translation manuscript was lost—resulting in our having to retranslate 2 Thessalonians and postponing the translation of Philippians—we are thankful that they were able to successfully complete the drafting of Romans.
We are also grateful to Garyson, a retired teacher, for his dedication to literacy ministry! He will be conducting literacy ministry using the “Kaniinu Mini-Bible,” the first book published in the Kaninuwa language in 2016, and the “Panorama Old Testament,” the second book published in 2025. Additionally, he will serve as the chair of the organizing committee for the denomination’s joint youth and young adult revival meeting, to be held from June 28 to July 3 and expected to draw 7,000 to 8,000 participants from seven regional conferences. Please pray
- that the Kaninuwa Bible Translation Team will continue to devote themselves to translating the remaining New Testament books (four books remaining for the first draft: 1 & 2 Corinthians, Philippians, and Hebrews)
- For Garyson’s literacy ministry and the preparations for this joint revival meeting
- that Missionary Park and his wife’s visa renewal is completed on time, and that their time in Canada is filled with rich fellowship and fruitful collaboration

이규준/한진숙 선교사: 디아스포라 교회 협력, 캐나다
6/7-7/5일 매 주 주일에 우리는교회에서 첫걸음선교이야기를 섬기며,
6/28일까지 같은 기간에 토론토참소망교회에서 토론토영락교회 분들과 함께 이루실이야기 (TUS, The Unfinished Story) 훈련 프로그램을 섬깁니다.
선교적 환경에서 디아스포라의 선교적 정체성을 깨닫고, 삶으로 하나님의 선교 이야기를 써내려가는 교회와 참가자들 되도록 기도해 주세요.
또한 6/15-18일 캘거리에서 위클리프 캐나다 교회협력팀 전체 사역회의로 모입니다. 디아스포라교회 협력 팀에 전체 교회협력 팀 사역에 기여하고 서로 도움을 주고받는 사역이 되도록 기도해 주세요.

Gyoojun Lee & Jinsook Han: Daispora church engagement, Canada
Every Sunday from June 7 to July 5, Gyoojun & Jinsook will be leading the “Mission 101” at We Are Church. During the same period, through June 28, they will be leading the “The Unfinished Story” (TUS) training program at Toronto True Hope Church alongside members of Toronto Youngnak Presbyterian Church.
Please pray that the church and participants will come to realize their missionary identity as the Diaspora in a missional context and become people who write God’s mission story through their lives.
Additionally, from June 15–18, we will gather in Calgary for the Wycliffe Canada Church Engagement Team’s annual ministry conference. Please pray that the Diaspora Engagement Team will contribute to the overall ministry of the Church Engagement Team and that this will be a ministry where we support one another.

아이디아-북부 파스타자 케추아: 페루
지난 11월, 남부 파스타자 지역의 연합 교회 공동체에서 ‘기독교 신앙 이해’ 교재를 활용한 일주일간의 리더십 훈련이 진행되었습니다. 지도자들과 성도들을 포함해 30명이 참여하여, 신앙을 배우고 굳건히 다지는 시간이 되었습니다. 번역팀은 11월에 사역팀 조력자인 율리뇨가 파스타자 남부 지역을 방문한 일정이 순조롭게 마무리 되었으며, 이 방문을 통하여 지도자들과 번역가들에게 큰 격려와 힘을 주었음을 인하여 하나님께 감사드립니다. 마태복음부터 로마서까지 남부 파스타자어 번역 작업(초벌 번역, 팀 점검, 현지 언어사용자 점검, 편집 노트 반영 등)이 완료되어 하나님을 찬양합니다:
- 파스타자 지역 사회 전체, 특히 어린이와 노인들의 건강과 평강을 위해, 또한 주택, 물 공급, 기타 기본적인 필요를 포함하여 더 나은 생활 환경을 마련해 주시도록
- 아푸리맥과 정글 지역의 지도자들을 위해, 하나님께서 그들을 강건하여 주님의 사역에 굳건히 서게 하시기를, 또한 정글 지역에서의 정수 보급을 통해 하나님께서 행하시는 모든 일을 위해 기도해 주세요

AIDIA-Pastaza Quechua: Peru
In November, a week-long leadership training was held in Southern Pastaza at the Christian Alliance Church community, using the Understanding the Christian Faith material. Thirty people, including leaders and church members, participated, making it a time of learning and strengthening faith. The translation team gives thanks to God that facilitator Yuliño's November trip to Southern Pastaza went smoothly and was encouraging and uplifting for the leaders and translators. Praise God for the completion of these translation tasks for the Southern Pastaza translation of Matthew to Romans: First draft, Team check, Local speakers' check, Incorporation of editing notes
- Please pray for the health and well-being of the entire Pastaza community, especially the children and the elderly. Let us also ask God to provide better living conditions, including housing, clean water, and other basic needs.
- Pray also for the leaders in Apurímac and the jungle region, that God may strengthen them and that they may remain steadfast in the Lord’s work, and for all that God is doing through the use of water filters in the jungle.

• 자메이카 전역에 여러 교구를 두고 있는 ‘장자(퍼스트 본) 교회’ 지도자들을 대상으로 최근 진행된 위클리프와 성경 번역 사역에 관한 설명회가 호평 받음
• 위클리프 카리브 팀이 멜리사 태풍으로 인해 막대한 피해를 입은 세인트 엘리자베스 교구를 방문하여, 지붕 교체 위한 모금 활동을 벌이는 한 교회를 지원했고, 씨드 컴퍼니가 기부한 구호 기금을 전달하여 씨앗과 식자재를 구입하는 데 사용했습니다
• 트리니다드 출신의 브리트니 선교사는 자메이카 교회의 후원으로 에티오피아의 모시예 민족을 섬기며 토바고 번역팀의 자문 위원 사역을 감당하고 있습니다. 교회는 기도와 재정 후원에 대한 헌신을 재확인했습니다

Church engagement and community support: Wycliffe Caribbean
Wycliffe Caribbean is deepening its engagement with churches. Praise God for the following items and pray with usthat God will continue to bless these two-way relationships between Wycliffe Caribbean staff and churches
• A recent presentation on Wycliffe and Bible translation to leaders of the Church of the First Born, which has several parishes across Jamaica, was well received
• A visit by a Wycliffe Caribbean team to St. Elizabeth, the parish extensively damaged by Hurricane Melissa. The team supported one of the churches in its fundraiser to replace its roof and presented relief funds donated by Seed Company, used to procure seeds and planting materials
• Brittney Balfour, a missionary from Trinidad who serves the Mosiye people group in Ethiopia, connecting with her supporting church in Jamaica on the work in Ethiopia as well as her role as a consultant to the translation team in Tobago. The church reiterated its commitment to both prayer and financial support for her ministry

Investing with local churches: Ethiopia
Wycliffe Ethiopia works closely with local churches in fulfilling God’s Great Commission. Local churches play a vital role in this mission by initiating, managing and carrying out translation programs within their own language communities. They recruit mother-tongue volunteers to serve in Bible translation programs. In addition, Wycliffe Ethiopia promotes Scripture engagement by encouraging the use of translated Scriptures in worship, preaching and education, and by supporting literacy programs that help people read in their native languages. Recognizing the church as a “power station” for translation through prayer and active involvement, Wycliffe Ethiopia humbly requests your prayers for the organization and the local churches that faithfully support this mission.

위클리프 에티오피아는 하나님의 대사명을 완수하기 위해 지역 교회들과 긴밀히 협력하고 있습니다. 지역 교회들은 각자의 언어 공동체 내에서 번역 프로그램을 기획하고, 관리하며, 실행함으로써 이 사명에서 중추적인 역할을 수행합니다. 교회들은 성경 번역 사역에 참여할 모국어 자원봉사자들을 모집합니다. 또한 위클리프 에티오피아는 예배, 설교, 교육 현장에서 번역된 성경을 사용하도록 장려하고, 사람들이 모국어로 읽을 수 있도록 돕는 문해 프로그램을 지원함으로써 성경과의 교감을 증진합니다. 기도와 적극적인 참여를 통해 교회를 번역의 “동력원”으로 인식하는 위클리프 에티오피아는 이 사명을 신실하게 중보해주시는 여러분의 기도를 겸손히 요청합니다.

Please pray that the replacement fuel bladder tanks for the Soloy airplane can be manufactured in a timely manner
The Lima Fellows cohort will have their commissioning ceremony on June 11. Pray for wisdom and guidance as they enter the next season of serving God
