박요섭/조선향 선교사: 성경번역, 파푸아뉴기니
진 몇 개월 동안 준비하고 기도하며 기다렸던 파푸아뉴기니 사역을 위한 비자발급이 이뤄져서 지난 14일에 캐나다에서 출국했습니다. 한국을 거쳐 7/31일에 파푸아뉴기니로 들어가서, 바로 8월 초부터 알로타우 센터에서 카니누와 성경번역 팀과 함께 로마서/빌립보서/고린도전서 등의 번역과 수정을 계속할 예정입니다.
- 한국에 머무는 동안 치과/안과 치료 잘 받고 귀임할 수 있도록
- 카니누와 성경번역 사역자들 (잭, 레비, 사이몬, 윌포드)의 건강과 여행의 안전과 계속되는 신실한 사역을 위해 기도해 주세요

Joseph & Joyce Park: Bible translation, PNG
After months of preparing, praying, and waiting, the Parks finallyI received their visa for their ministries in Papua New Guinea and departed from Canada on the 14th. They will travel through South Korea and arrive in Papua New Guinea on July 31, where they plan to begin working immediately in early August at the Alotau Center with the Kaninuwa Bible translation team to continue translating and revising the Epistle to the Romans, the Epistle to the Philippians, and the First Epistle to the Corinthians. Please pray:
- that they may receive the necessary dental and eye care while in Korea and return safely back to the field
- for the health, safe travel, and continued faithful ministries of Kaninuwa Bible translators (Jack, Levi, Simon, and Wilford).

알버트 선교사가 독일에서 열리는 아프리카 북부지역의 성경번역 운동을 위한 회의에 참석 중입니다. 그 지역에서 성경번역에 헌신했던 사역 경험으로 잘 섬길 수 있도록, 또한 그 지역의 사역을 위한 협력의 기회를 잘 모색할 수 있도록 기도해 주세요.
마르다 선교사가 섬기는 많은 선교사들이 여름을 맞아 출신지의 가족과 교회와 동역자들을 방문하고 있는데, 안전한 여행과 더 풍성한 동역을 위한 귀한 교제가 이뤄지도록 기도해 주세요.

Albert and Martha (Isaac, Moses): Director of Wycliffe Taiwan and Language Program Manager for a sensitive area, respectively
Albert is currently attending a workshop in Germany on the Bible translation movement in North Africa. Please pray that he will be able to serve effectively, drawing on his experience ministering in that region, and that he will be able to identify opportunities for collaboration in support of the ministry there.
Many missionaries, serving in a sensitive area in Asia, served by Martha are visiting their families, churches, and partners in their home countries this summer. Please pray for their safe travels and for meaningful fellowship that will lead to even more fruitful partnership.

지난 6-7월 간 토론토참소망교회와 우리는교회에서 '이루실 이야기'와 '첫걸음 선교 이야기'로 단기 팀들을 잘 섬길 수 있었음에 감사드립니다. 우리는교회에서도 위클리프와의 협력을 강화하기로 해주심에 또한 감사드립니다!
이 선교사는 7/21-8/4일 한국을 방문하여 위클리프 캐나다와 한국 성경번역 선교회(GBT)가 함께 협력하고 있는 인턴십 교환 프로그램 및 GBT 스탭들의 영어훈련 프로그램을 위해 협력을 논의하게 됩니다. 여행의 안전과 양국 위클리프 연합 단체들의 계속되는 협력을 위해 기도해 주세요.

Gyoojun Lee & Jinsook Han: Daispora church engagement, Canada
We are grateful that, during June and July, we were able to serve the short-term teams well through the “Stories of Fulfillment” and “First Steps in Missions” programs at Toronto True Hope Church and We Are Church. We are also grateful that We Are Church has decided to strengthen its partnership with Wycliffe!
Gyoojun will visit Korea July 21-Aug 4 to discuss collaboration on the internship exchange program—a joint initiative between Wycliffe Canada and Global Bible Translators—as well as the English training program for GBT staff. Please pray for a safe trip and for the continued fruitful cooperation between the Wycliffe alliance organizations in both countries.

원주민 성경 번역 운동을 위한 재정 협력
올 해 초에 토론토참소망교회에서 작년 한 해 동안 RBBB 운동을 통해 모은 헌금을 현재 진행 중인 캐나다 원주민들을 위한 성경번역 운동을 위한 매칭 펀드 기금으로 드려주셨고, 이글스필드교회에서도 8월에 교회 40주년 기념 성경필사를 통한 헌금을 드려 협력해 주실 예정입니다. 또한 에드먼톤 안디옥 한인장로교회에서도 해마다 RBBB를 통해 원주민 성경번역 사역에 재정과 기도로 협력해 주고 있습니다. 귀한 협력에 감사드리며,
- 8월 31일까지 계속되는 원주민 성경번역 운동을 위한 헌금 매칭에 많은 개인과 교회, 단체들이 동참하도록 기도해 주시고
- 현재 위클리프 캐나다가 협력 중인, 나스카피(퀘벡), 아니시니니이모윈(오지-크리, 온타리오), 블랙풋(알버타), 콰왁왈라(비씨) 언어 등에서의 성경번역 사역이 계속해서 힘을 얻어 잘 진행되도록 기도해 주세요.

Matching donations for Indigenous Initiatives
Earlier this year, Toronto True Hope Church donated the offerings collected over the past year through the RBBB movement as matching funds for the ongoing Bible translation initiative for Canada’s Indigenous peoples, and in August, Eaglesfield Community Church is also planning to contribute by donating their collection of donations from a Bible hand-copying event held to commemorate the church’s 40th anniversary. In addition, the Edmonton Antioch Korean Presbyterian Church has been supporting the Indigenous Bible translation ministry financially and through prayer every year through the RBBB. We are grateful for these
Please pray that many individuals, churches, and organizations will participate in the donation matching campaign for the Indigenous Bible translation initiative, which runs through August 31. Please pray that the Bible translation ministries currently being supported by Wycliffe Canada—in the Naskapi (Quebec), Anishinineimowin (Oji-Cree, Ontario), Blackfoot (Alberta), and Kwawwal (BC)—may continue to gain strength and proceed successfully.

For more vigorous prayer for the Bible translation movement: Wycliffe Global Alliance
Over the past six and a half years, Wycliffe Global Alliance has been sharing prayer requests from the alliance member organizations in their current format. To allow for staff recruitment and the development of a better format, WGA's Streams of Prayer will be in hold for the time being. Please pray for Phil Prior and his team of the Communications Department, asking God to grant them wisdom so they can produce positive results that lead to even greater prayer partnership.

가장 큰 비행 관련 연례 행사인 EAA의 에어벤처 행사에 잘스에서도 부스를 설치하고 성경번역 선교의 비전을 나눕니다. 팀은 지난 17일부터 출발하여 부스 설치 등을 하고 21-26일에 걸쳐 방문객을 맞이합니다. 부스에서 섬기는 잘스 스탭들이 어떻게 잘스의 기술지원사역을 감당하고 있는지, 분명하게, 열정을 갖고, 효과적으로 나눌 수 있도록 기도해 주세요.

Weekly prayer with JAARS
Our team has explored several options. Please pray for wisdom as JAARS determines the best solution for purchasing a new boat to support the Ticuna Bible translation teams in Peru.
Pray that God will foster strong teamwork and grace-filled, mutual respect among all JAARS staff.
Pray for strength and endurance for the JAARS staff serving at EAA's Airventure Oshkosh (July 21-26) during the long days of meeting visitors. Also pray that they will communicate the vision and mission of JAARS with clarity, passion, and effectiveness.
