토론토참소망교회에서 목회 팀을 위한 인터페이스 세미나가 2월 12(월), 16(금) 이틀 간 열립니다. 이후에 당회와 교회 리더들과 성도 전체로 이어져서 선교적 교회의 기틀이 마련되도록, 코스를 함께 섬기는 담임 손명수 목사와 이규준 / 한진숙 선교사 부부를 위해서도 기도해 주세요.

Interface Seminar

The Interface Seminar for the pastoral team of Toronto True Hope Church (TTHC) will be held on Monday, February 12, and Friday, February 16. Pray for Rev. Moses Son, the lead pastor, and Gyoojun & Jinsook, as they will lead the seminar together as a team. Pray that this training will be continued for the session members, leaders of the church, and all congregants and that it will lay the groundwork for TTHC to become a more missional church.

어린이와 부모가 함께 하는 RBBB

에드먼턴한인안디옥장로교회에서 어린이용 RBBB (성경 읽고 성경 없는 부족 축복하기)를 통해 아이들이 성경을 읽고 성경 없는 부족을 위해 기도하고 헌금하는 운동을 하고 있습니다. 담당 사역자는 이미 온라인으로 주어진 자료들을 통해 아이들이 어려서부터 말씀을 읽고 기도하며 물질로 선교에 동참하는 훈련을 하게 되어 감사하다고, 특히 부모가 함께 할 때 더 잘 진행된다고 합니다. 교회와 가정 모두가 더욱 선교적으로 되도록 기도해 주세요.

Read the Bible, Bless the Bibleless

Edmonton Korean Antioch Presbyterian Church is participating in the RBBB movement for Kids to encourage children to read the Bible, pray, and give to the Bibleless people groups. The pastor is grateful that the resources are available online and easy to use to train children to read, pray, and give to missions early, especially when parents are involved. Pray for the church and their member families to become more missional by participating in this movement.

박요섭 / 조선향 선교사: 파푸아뉴기니 카니누와족 성경번역

감사하게도 5명의 카니누와 사람들이 굿이넙섬에서 배편으로, 그리고 사이클론으로 어려움을 겪으셨던 자문위원 선교사님도 호주에서 비행기 편으로 알로타우에 안전하게 잘 도착했습니다. 지난 1월 31일 오후부터 요한복음과 요한 1, 2, 3서 자문위원 점검이 시작되어 이번 주말까지 세션이 계속되고, 다음 주에는 필요한 부분의 수정 작업을 합니다. 이 덥고 습한 알로타우 날씨에 참석한 모든 이들이 지치지 않도록 기도해 주시고, 전기 공급이 원활해서 사역에 지장이 없도록, 하나님의 은혜와 사랑을 깊게 경험하게 되는 점검 시간이 되도록 기도해 주세요.

Joseph & Joyce Park: Kaninuwa Bible translation, Papua New Guinea (PNG)

Thankfully, five Kaninuwa translators arrived safely in Alotau by boat from Goodenough Island, and their consultant, who had suffered through the cyclone, arrived by plane from Australia. The consultant checking of the Gospel of John and 1, 2, and 3 John began on January 31 and finished by the last week. This week, they will make any necessary changes. Please pray that all in attendance will not get tired in the hot and humid Alotau weather, pray that the electricity supply will be reliable so that sessions will not be hampered, and pray that this consultant checking time will be a time of profoundly experiencing God's grace and love.

크리 원주민 성경 번역 운동: 나스카피

나스카피 문화 개발 책임자인 마리안느는 이제 나스카피 언어 및 문화부의 리더 역할을 맡아 성경 번역과 공동체의 다른 핵심 언어 및 문화 프로젝트들을 잘 섬기고 있습니다. 은퇴한 루비는 성경 번역을 점검하고 검토하는 일에 매우 적극적으로 참여하고 있습니다. 조오지는 1990년대 나스카피 프로젝트의 첫 번째 성경 번역가 중 한 명이었습니다. 조지는 현재 나스카피 까와와치카맠 부족의 수석 번역가입니다. 실라스는 공식적으로는 나스카피 개발 공사(NDC)의 전임 번역가 직책에서 '은퇴'했지만, 매주 나스카피 성경 번역 프로그램에 계속 참여하여 구약성경의 초고를 쓰거나 역 번역하는 일을 하고 있습니다. 그의 아내 수잔은 평신도 사역자로 나스카피 교회를 섬기며 번역 점검를 돕고 있습니다. 하나님의 은혜가 팀원들(마리안느, 수잔, 사일러스, 루비, 알마, 로버트, 매기)과 사역들에 힘주시도록 기도해 주세요.

Cree initiative: Naskapi

Naskapi cultural development officer Marianne now takes the leadership role for the Naskapi language and culture department, working on Bible translation and the community's other core language and culture projects. Since her retirement, Ruby has been very active in assisting with checking and reviewing the Bible translation. George was one of the first Bible translators for the Naskapi project in the 1990s. George is now the senior translator for the Naskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach. Although Silas has officially “retired” as a full-time translator with the NDC (Naskapi Development Corporation), he continues to contribute to the Naskapi Bible translation program every week, doing first drafts or back-translating Old Testament books. His wife, Susan, serves the Naskapi church as a lay reader and helps with translation checking. Pray that God's grace strengthens the members and ministries of the team (Marianne, Susan, Silas, Ruby, Alma, Robert, and Maggie).

오세아니아 협력의 핵심: 태평양

태평양의 모든 언어 공동체들이 그들의 언어로 된 성경을 갖게 되는 것을 목표로 사역하고 있는 남태평양성경포럼은 다음과 같이 '오세아니아 협력'의 핵심 사안으로 채택했습니다: (1) 기도 운동을 촉진한다. (2) 사역 단체들과 교회 지도자들이 모여 기도로 연합하고, 생각과 지식을 교환하고, 서로 격려하며, 국가별 협력 단체들을 지원할 수 있는 공간을 마련한다. 이는 매년 열리는 남태평양성경포럼을 통해 제공됩니다. (3) 교회와 단체들이 자기네 나라에서 성경 번역 운동을 계획하고 실행하는 데 협력하도록 장려합니다. (4) 태평양 지역의 언어 공동체를 섬기며 함께 협력하고 있는 성경 번역 운동의 리더들에게 힘과 지혜와 인도하심을 허락해 주시도록 기도해 주세요.

Pillars for Oceania collaboration: Pacific

In working towards the mutual goal of making the Scriptures available to all language communities in the Pacific, the South Pacific Bible Forum accepted the following statements as pillars for the ‘Oceania Collaboration’: (1) To catalyze a movement of prayer. (2) To establish a space for agency and church leaders to gather and unite in prayer, exchange ideas and knowledge, encourage one another, and support the national collaboration groups. This is provided through the annual South Pacific Bible Forum. (3) To encourage churches and agencies to collaborate in the planning and implementation of Bible translation movements in their countries. (4) Pray for strength, wisdom, and guidance for each leader in the Bible translation movement in the Pacific as they work in collaboration, serving the language communities of the Pacific.

선교를 향한 하나님의 마음 나누기: 필리핀

기도와 협력은 새로운 기회의 문을 여는 열쇠입니다. 필리핀번역가협회가 올해 두 차례에 걸쳐 마카티 복음교회와 그린힐스 크리스천 펠로우십 두 교회에서 '일일 선교 여행‘ 프로그램을 진행할 수 있는 기회를 주신 하나님을 찬양합니다. ’일일 선교 여행‘의 주요 목적은 참가자들이 선교를 향한 하나님의 마음의 중심에 가까이 갈 수 있도록 도전받게 되도록 훈련하는 것입니다. 이 행사에 참여한 사람들이 세계선교의 현실을 알게 되어 함께 참여하게 되도록, 그리고 참가자들이 성경 번역 운동을 위해 번역가, 언어 사역자, 기술적 조력자 들로 섬기거나 돕는 이로 헌신하게 되도록 기도해 주세요.

Sharing God’s heart for missions: Philippines

Prayer and partnerships are the keys that unlock doors to fresh opportunities. Praise God for the opportunity for the Translators Association of the Philippines to conduct ‘The Journey’ twice this year at the Makati Gospel Church and the Greenhills Christian Fellowship. The Journey’s primary objective is to stimulate participants to get to the core of God’s heart for missions. Pray for those who participated in this activity to be aware of global mission realities and inspired to get involved. Pray that people will be inspired to serve or to help bring new translators, language workers, and assistive technologies to the Bible translation movement.

노스캐롤라이나주 왝쏘에 위치한 잘스 센터에서 진행 중인 조직 개편을 통해 차세대 선교 조종사, 정비사, 기술자들을 훈련, 파송, 지원할 수 있는 역량을 강화할 수 있도록, 모든 직급에는 각 사역 팀별, 부서별로, 팀원들이 신설 및 재편성되었습니다. 함께 일하는 새로운 방법을 배우면서 민첩한 사고방식과 자원하여 함께 섬기는 마음으로 응집력 있는 다중사역 팀들을 잘 구축할 수 있도록 기도해 주세요.

JAARS Prayerline

Please pray for the transitions taking place at the JAARS Base in Waxhaw, North Carolina, to increase our ability to train, deploy, and support the next generation of missionary pilots, mechanics, and technicians. Every level has new and restructured divisions, departments, and staff. Pray we will build cohesive cross-functional teams with agile minds and willing hearts as we learn new ways to work together.

Please pray for the maintenance needs of our fleet of aircraft, the pilots, mechanics, and avionics technicians who need our specialized training, and for acquiring qualified staff. Also, pray for effective collaboration with our mission aviation partners around the globe.
