Cree mother-tongue translators (MTT) workshop
We will have the Cree mother-tongue translators (MTT) workshop, delayed over two years due to the pandemic, at Guelph Bible Conference Center, November 6-11. We will have an open session on Thursday, November 10. Any of you, as individuals or church leaders interested in partnering with the Bible translation movement for five different Cree language groups from Alberta to Ontario, including Naskapi in Northern Quebec, Canada, can come and join the conference from lunchtime to afternoon sessions. We welcome Eaglesfield Community Church (Rev. Sung Hoon Jang, senior pastor) representatives and other prospective participants from across Canada. Please pray that more national translators will join the workshop to get trained, and learn from one another.

팬데믹 기간 동안 열리지 못했던 크리 원주민 성경번역 사역자들을 위한 웍샵이 마침내 11월에 열리게 되었습니다 (11월 6-11일, 구엘프 바이블 컨퍼런스 센터). 11월 10일(목)에는 오픈 웍샵으로 알버타에서 온타리오 북부까지 흩어져 사는 5개의 크리 원주민 언어 그룹과 퀘벡 북부의 나스카피 언어를 위한 성경번역 운동에 참여하길 원하는 모든 개인과 교회 리더들이 오셔서 참관하실 수 있습니다. 이글스필드한인장로교회 (장성훈 담임목사)에서 선교 관계자들을 보내주시기로 했음에 감사드리고, 다른 교회나 개인들도 더 많이 참여하고, 특히 원주민 성경번역 사역자들이 많이 참가하여 서로에게 배우며 잘 훈련받을 수 있도록 함께 기도해 주세요. Challenges in support for mission: Poland
Faced with recent changes in financial support for missions, Wycliffe Poland observes that many among the generations who have ‘faithfully supported the activity of our organisation for many years are no longer here. Meanwhile, there aren't as many mission supporters among the younger generation as there were among their parents and grandparents. In addition... this year, we are experiencing a growing financial crisis in Poland, combined with the gas crisis in Europe.’ Wycliffe Poland asks for prayer: 1-for God's guidance and protection for Polish missionaries, 2-for God to secure their financial needs, 3-for those who are willing to support missions but are facing problems due to the increasingly difficult economic situation, 4-that God would give wisdom and direction for continuing to encourage younger generations to become involved in missions.

Typesetting remotely, Story of Hope podcast: New Zealand
Episode 14 of the Story of Hope Podcasts by Wycliffe New Zealand (WNZ) featured Jillian Connole, a WNZ member. Jillian spoke about her journey in the Bible translation mission, her role as a typesetter, and the importance of maintaining a connection with supporters. Please pray this episode will reach those whose hearts God wants to touch through it and that they will respond. Pray for Jillian as she faithfully works and serves remotely and that she will have good connections and communication with her team around the world. Please pray for discernment for personnel producing the podcasts as they create this outlet for God to spark passion in others for the mission of Bible translation.

Praise God for the motorbikes that JAARS donors helped provide to seven Bible translation teams in the Democratic Republic of the Congo—one per team. Now the teams can more easily reach the villages where the heart of their work occurs.
