Gyoojun and Jinsook Lee: Director of the Diaspora Engagement team
Gyoojun & Jinsook will lead the missions committee retreat of Open Door Presbyterian Church (ODPC), February 3-4. Over 50 participants will be challenged in how they are called as a mobilizer for their church from Kindergarten to seniors. The Lees will share Bible messages and their experience of mobilization, through which God calls His people to His Mission. The Lees will also visit JAARS to coordinate CrossVenture for the youth of ODPC and JAARS Vision Trip for Antioch Church of Edmonton, both between April 3-6. Please pray for the work of the Holy Spirit during the retreat, and travel mercies and good health for the Lees.

이 선교사 부부가 2/3-4일에 열린문장로교회 선교위원회 수련회를 인도합니다. 50여명이 참석하는데, 유년에서 시니어에 이르기까지 전연령대에서 하나님의 선교에 동원되었던 동원사역의 경험을 나누며, 선교위원회가 동원사역자들로 부름받았음을 도전하는 시간이 될 것입니다. 이어서 4/3-6일에 잡힌 열린문장로교회 청소년부를 위한 크로스벤처 프로그램과 에드몬턴안디옥교회를 장년들을 위한 잘스 비전여행을 코디하기 위해 잘스 센터를 방문할 예정입니다. 수련회 기간 동안 성령의 역사하심과 여행 내내 안전과 건강을 위해 기도해 주세요.

Developing relationships through sharing local language materials: Vanuatu, New Zealand
Craig and Darlene Farrow of Wycliffe New Zealand are grateful for the privilege of serving the Lord in Vanuatu. Darlene coordinates a team of people involved in preparing a digital library of reading books and other resources in both local and national languages. This digital library called Bloom will be distributed on SD cards to every school in Vanuatu by the Education Department. A Bloom training course for education officers on how to use the new digital library was conducted in November. Praise God for the wonderful opportunity to build relationships with school teachers and with people in the Education Department while making both Scriptures and literacy materials more widely available in Vanuatu. Pray for God's favour and blessing on this project and for good communication among all those involved.
현지 언어 자료 공유를 통해 관계 발전: 뉴질랜드 바누아투
위클리프 뉴질랜드의 크레그와 달린 선교사 부부는 바누아투에서 하나님을 섬기게 하신 이 귀한 특권을 인해 감사를 드립니다. 달린 선교사는 지역언어들과 공용어된 책들과 여러 자료들을 전자 도서관을 통해 읽을 수 있도록 준비하는 팀을 운영하고 있는데 블룸으로 불리는 이 디지털 도서관은 현지 교육부가 소형 메모리 카드로 바누아투의 모든 학교에 배포할 예정입니다. 이 새로운 디지털 도서관을 사용하게 될 관리자들을 위해 블룸 훈련 코스가 작년 11월에 실시되었습니다. 바누아투에서 성경과 문해 자료를 널리 활용하면서 학교 교사 및 교육부 사람들과의 관계를 구축할 수 있는 놀라운 기회를 주신 하나님을 찬양합니다. 이 프로젝트를 향한 하나님의 은혜와 축복을 위해, 그리고 협력하는 모든 이들이 서로 원할하게 소통할 수 있도록 함께 기도해 주세요.
Collaborating so children can participate in Bible translation: Americas
Two Alliance organizations, DINAMIS in Colombia and AEL in Peru, have been discussing how to inspire children to develop hearts for Bible translation, and to learn ways to become involved. Both organizations have developed mobilization and teaching materials for children. They have been encouraged to have a dialogue on the subject and to think of a project to share their resources and experiences with other organizations of the Alliance. In addition, they desire to maintain a space for dialogue on how to mobilize the children of the church in the Americas. A first dialogue on the subject will take place in January or February 2023. Pray for this initiative so that many children from the church in the Americas will become involved in Bible translation.
협력을 통한 어린이들의 성경 번역 참여: 미주
콜롬비아의 디나미스와 페루의 에이이엘이라는 두 국제연대 단체는 어린이들이 성경 번역에 대한 열정을 갖고 참여할 수 있도록 영감을 주는 방법에 대해 함께 논의해 왔습니다. 이 두 단체 모두 어린이를 위한 동원 및 교육 자료를 개발하고 이 주제에 대해 함께 논의하며 관련 자료와 경험들을 다른 단체들과도 함께 공유할 수 있는 프로젝트를 구상하였고, 미주지역 교회 어린이들을 어떻게 동원할 것인가에 대한 대화의 문을 열고있습니다. 1월이나 2월중에 이 주제에 대한 첫 모임이 있을 예정입니다. 미주 지역 교회의 많은 어린이들이 성경 번역에 동참할 수 있도록 애쓰는 이 프로젝트를 위해 기도해 주세요.
